Getting back to intimacy can be tough when you are a high achieving husband and
wife. The
demands of marriage, work, children, and outside activities keep us from getting
the love that we deserve as a lover and helpmate. This can lead to feeling neglected and unloved
as we attempt to balance all of the daily stresses of life.
As your Intimacy and Relationship Coach :
- We will help you re-ignite your passion and love for each other.
- We will help you bring out the best in your marriage.
- We will help you create a marriage that is focused on healing and growth.
We apply a holistic approach as we review and identify with you those challenging
core issues that keep your marriage from moving forward.
Our assessments look at several areas of your life from personal fulfillment to
marriage contentment. This gives us insight into where you are individually
and the areas that we need to focus on to help you move forward as a husband and wife.
We will meet with you to design your Marriage Action Plan and together develop Love
Strategies that will help you move toward a marriage that is based on love,
mutual respect and acceptance.
Between coaching sessions, the husband and wife are required to complete one or more exercises
that will help them open their hearts to each other and start the process of healing.
The husband and wife keep a journal of their accomplishments, successes and areas that they would
like to further develop as well as the obstacles they are experiencing as a couple or individually that keep them from moving forward.
The husband and wife are required to make a minimum three (3) month commitment.
With “PRACTICE” the husband and wife can expect to learn how to create an environment
where they can communicate in an open and honest way without the fear of judgment
or punishment. They will learn how to create a marriage that is based on love,
trust, forgiveness, compassion, kindness, generosity, mutual respect, empathy, acceptance
and gratitude. In essence we will help the husband and wife
move toward their ONEness.
PLEASE NOTE: The marriage assessments and questionnaires rendered are not intended
to provide a psychological or psychiatric diagnosis.
