workshops are the reflection of the journey that I
had to take to become a whole woman. Each workshop has been carefully designed to
help women connect and transform their behavior and attitude about themselves, God,
sex and men.
While some of the courses may be fun, like “Dance as a Spiritual Practice” or “Pole
Yoga (a combination of Yoga and Pole Dancing)” others are challenging, for these
are the ones that require inner work and the opening of your heart.
